Talent Marketing Digital Associate

As a Talent Marketing Digital Associate on our Talent Marketing team, you’ll provide our candidates with a great experience across our Careers websites and digital channels. You’ll help position Capital One as an employer of choice and help candidates understand #LifeatCapitalOne. Through engaging content and experiences, you’ll entice prospective candidates to consider a career with us, help them engage and navigate the expansive offerings of our Careers website and blog. You’ll also shape the evolution of our digital strategy as we aim to be at the forefront of meeting candidates where they are through innovative products, platforms and channels.

And apply your web and digital skills to:

  • Support end-to-end digital projects, learning all of the components that go into building a website

  • Manage and maintain our CMS content and continue to evolve the platform while adhering to brand standards

  • Develop and maintain content requirements, page types, templates for new digital content

  • Inform recommendations for future enhancements and roadmapping, including Mobile/desktop experience, speed, organization of information

  • Audit and assess current state web content ecosystem, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities. Develop short and long-term strategies to mitigate based on planned and/or new projects.

  • Ensure our site is well-managed, inclusive of digital accessibility, site audits, and quality assurance testing

  • Partner with our analysts and use google analytics to leverage research, insights, and testing to driving decision making 

  • Showcase what #LifeAtCapitalOne is all across our digital channels

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 1 years of experience in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry

  • 1+ year of experience with CMS

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $80,100 - $91,400 for Associate, Marketing

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
