As HR Technology Administrator, you will be the lead for ensuring our people-related systems are meticulously maintained and working seamlessly to ensure a positive employee experience. As a tech savvy systems expert, you will enjoy problem solving, digging into data, working cross functionally with IT product owners, technical resources, project managers and Master Data Management and adding value from a customer focused perspective.

+ Partner with IT on the development and implementation of a scalable HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs while focusing on hands-on system configuration, optimization, and administration.
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all people-related systems including the company’s HRIS (payroll/benefits), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Performance Management System.
+ Partner with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to manage and ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR systems and organizational needs.
+ Collaborate with IT on the data integrity of each system by conducting regular audits, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies by understanding HRIS data feeds, and how they work with other business systems.
+ Recommend efficient, effective and scalable solutions to drive continuous improvement and end user adoption.
+ Conduct regular audits to validate employee records and partner with stakeholders as needed.
+ Follow corporate IT data standards to maintain confidential employee information in each HR system and act as “gatekeeper” of information to prevent breaches. Protect the privacy of sensitive data while maintaining data
+ integrity to enable accurate and efficient business processes. Lead HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, testing and post-implementation review.
+ Works closely with SMEs in their functional area (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, etc.) to ensure systems and processes follow best practices.
+ Run advanced reports from HR systems (ADP/WFN, iCIMS, Trakstar, etc.).
+ Point person for all HR system related changes and requests (e.g., configure and maintain security roles, validation tables, carrier connections, etc.), coordinating with vendors and IT as appropriate.
+ Respond to escalated questions and issues received from the business, including login issues, and data set up items, ensuring that they are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Coordinate with vendors and IT as appropriate to resolve system issues. Perform user acceptance testing and validation.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS, ATS and other HR-specific systems, including process guides, system change logs, and end-user training materials such as quick-start guides and reference materials.
+ Provide support for annual recurring processes such as Merit and Open Enrollment.
+ Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
+ Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and application of key HR technologies.
+ Support, develop, and empower the HR Technology team.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of HR or Data Analytics experience required. Proficiency with HR technology applications.
+ Expert program management, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
+ Knowledge of HRIS development, implementation and maintenance required. ADP/WFN a plus.
+ MS Office Experience required, leveraging Excel for advanced reporting options (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc.).
+ Possess an aptitude toward process improvement and a willingness to proactively recommend new ways of doing work more efficiently.
+ Must be well organized with expert attention to detail and demonstrated effective follow-up skills.
+ Highly effective self-starter, strong understanding of HR processes and operations, proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships, and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.
+ Ability to solve problems, triage and work through production issues to come to resolution and determine root cause analysis.
+ Up to date and working knowledge of HR and data compliance requirements and regulations.
+ Ability to understand and gauge impact for complex dependencies across multiple systems and workflows across an organization.
+ Ability to develop end-to-end business processes, document requirements and system change logs, create guides & reference materials for end users, and other documentation for HR-specific systems.
Preferred:
+ Prior knowledge or expertise in using ADP and/or iCIMS.
+ Ability to generate, translate and present on reporting from all systems to all levels of the business.
+ Experience supporting a multi-state employee base.

+ Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
+ Ability to use office equipment that involves repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills, such as operating a computer keyboard.

The typical pay range for this role is $81,000 -$119,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
