Associate Manager, Product Partnerships

DoorDash’s Product Partnerships team drives growth and innovation across Marketplace and Commerce Platform businesses by sourcing and scaling technology partnerships (e.g., POS and online ordering aggregators). The Associate Manager will manage a large cohort of integration partners, use deep analytical rigor and SQL to surface opportunities, build scalable GTM and operational playbooks, and lead cross-functional initiatives to increase store penetration, delivery volume, and unit economics.

Skills

  • Proficiency writing and running SQL queries to analyze business performance
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including P&L modeling and sensitivity analyses
  • Experience building go-to-market plans and scaling operational processes
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into concise recommendations for senior leadership
  • Project management and stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage a cohort of 300+ middleware/integration partners and identify scalable growth levers
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for pricing, onboarding, feature adoption, and marketing
  • Run SQL queries and analyze performance/P&L data to generate strategic insights and recommendations
  • Lead high-visibility initiatives (mass communications, product updates) and cross-functional task forces
  • Track and report campaign and product results against key metrics; provide leadership commentary
  • Partner with Strategy & Ops, Legal, Integrations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics to operationalize plans
  • Build operating playbooks to drive delivery volume and optimize unit economics
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required
