We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to partner closely with our Sales team to drive business pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in our GTM strategy by generating and following up on interest, becoming an expert at positioning our value proposition across multiple use cases.

You’re excited to join a GTM team that’s scaling month over month and at a major inflection point with revenue growth. You see yourself as a builder who can establish repeatable outbound motions, experiment with messaging, and help shape how we tell Arcade’s story in the market.

You’ll partner closely with the Sales team in taking sales to the next level. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping how Arcade tells its story and be on the front lines of driving pipeline by engaging new prospects and existing customers as we enter our next phase of growth.
Generate interest in Arcade through various outbound prospecting efforts including email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling
Proactively reach out to Growth customers to expand use cases and teams using Arcade
Convert target prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile into Discovery meetings for our Sales team
Partner with Account Executives on account mapping and messaging for outreach
Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Common Room (and Arcade!)
Longer term, we will be building out this team as we grow. This role could translate to a team lead.
1–2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B SaaS
Been part of a fast-growing startup environment and experienced building pipeline from scratch, ideally seeing early-stage growth ($1–$20M ARR)
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and the nuances of driving adoption by showcasing our value across new teams
Expertise with ICP research, data, and signals to identify and prioritize the best accounts and contacts
High activity mindset and resilience to stay persistent and thrive in an environment where outbound volume and creativity creates success
Strong written and verbal communication skills from crafting compelling messages and to thoughtful conversations that spark curiosity

$80,000 - $110,000 OTE per year, depending on experience and location, plus meaningful equity
