Account Executive (AE)

SMB Account Executive

Reports To: Nick Lortsher (Maanger)
Location: Draper, UT preferred — Remote OK

About the Role

Open, manage, and close B2B software deals (SMB / very high velocity sales motion). As an early AE, build Jump’s outbound sales motion to deliver and source reliable, qualified revenue every month. Be ready to chip in anywhere to help the team win.

  • Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals

  • Manage pipeline in CRM with maniacal organization

  • Work with our awesome financial advisor customers

  • Manage an extremely high velocity high volume SMB facing sales motion, including creating leverage for yourself via the latest AI-enabled salestech

  • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers

  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

About You

  • You want to have real impact helping to build an early-stage AI software company

  • You are willing to work at a very early stage tech company and are super excited about the related opportunities and challenges

  • You want to learn how to be a great AE and don’t need handholding to thrive - you are coachable, hungry, competitive, and sharp

  • You are excited by the prospect of helping financial advisors leverage cutting edge AI to optimize their workflows

  • You love high performing, high volume, high velocity SMB sales

  • You use AI in your own day-to-day sales work and want to use even more

  • Your verbal and written communication is excellent

  • You’re a great ambassador of the brand you represent

What You’ve Done

  • Demonstrated the ability to prospect successfully in previous roles.

  • Have sold software products with success.

  • Been a top performing AE throughout your career.
