Title – Sales Manager
Reports To – Tobin Bennion, Head of Sales
Location – Remote (US preferred)

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll own and scale Jump’s outbound motion. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives focused on creating pipeline, coach for high performance, and drive outbound process excellence. You’ll be responsible for building a rigorous and repeatable outbound engine that helps Jump accelerate growth in the financial services market.

You’ll be accountable for team development, outbound execution, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with AEs and RevOps. You’ll help us stay world-class by investing in both systems and people.

About You

You want to have real impact helping to build an early-stage AI software company serving financial advisors and other financial services professionals.
You understand what it means to work at a very early stage tech company and are super excited about the related opportunities and challenges.
You are obsessed with performance, coaching, and helping others grow.
You love bringing discipline and clarity to outbound sales teams.

What You’ve Done

  • Managed a high-performing outbound Account Executives at a SaaS company

  • Built or refined outbound systems, including Salesforce workflows

  • Owned or contributed to forecasting and pipeline analysis

  • Led effective 1:1s, team meetings, and performance coaching

  • Demonstrated strong follow-through and clear communication

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to or working with financial services or fintech

  • Familiarity with high-velocity sales cycles

  • Worked at a company during the Series A–C stages
