Amazing people, minimal politics, coworkers who genuinely want to help and support one another. Really interesting problem and technical space. A lot of interest from customers and more work/customer interest than we know what to do with. Opportunity to transform the way of doing things in the space industry - specifically referring to the culture of "SatDevOps".Cons
Typical challenges of going through the scale up/growth phase of a startup. More work than we can handle and not enough time to pay down org and technical debt.
