- LMS familiarity (Cornerstone OnDemand or equivalent)
- Instructional design and journey mapping
- Process improvement and delivery model redesign
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in tech, defense, or manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end onboarding processes for multiple employee populations (Standard, Manufacturing, Executive, Expert, Off-Cycle).
- Identify pain points and moments that matter to inform future-state onboarding design.
- Convert synchronous instructor-led training into accessible, self-directed e-learning content.
- Author interactive e-learning using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Synthesia, or equivalent tools.
- Recommend and document process improvements to support transition to a regional blended delivery model.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to deliver rapid content redesign without disrupting operations.
- Support course setup and delivery in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand).
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet tight 3-month contract objectives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Education, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or project management are a plus
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered
