Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities for SRMs with Air Force and Naval aviation customers.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, develop capture strategies, and drive proposal and pricing development.
- Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Supply Chain, Formulation, Operations, Legal, and Program Management to produce winning proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms and work with Legal to finalize agreements.
- Maintain continuous customer engagement to grow existing business and expand mission scope.
- Translate customer needs into clear product and engineering priorities and provide market feedback to inform development.
- Monitor competitive landscape, program roadmaps, and buying cycles to inform forecasts and capture plans.
- Travel frequently (50–75%) for customer engagements, testing, and field coordination.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
