Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex business and operations roles across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using market mapping, networks, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
- Create role-specific interview processes and evaluation rubrics with hiring leaders
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Partner with leaders to define requirements, craft role narratives, and set realistic hiring timelines
- Advise on compensation benchmarks, talent trends, and competitive landscape
- Drive workforce planning and provide data-driven hiring insights (pipeline health, time-to-hire, market availability)
- Standardize recruiting processes, leverage ATS and assessment tools, and build reporting dashboards
- Champion DEI in hiring and build diverse talent pipelines
- Represent Alma at events, nurture industry networks, and develop talent relationships with programs and fellowships
- Mentor and coach junior recruiting team members
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
- Relevant professional recruiting certifications are a plus
