Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Operations

Alma is a national mental health care platform making high-quality, affordable care accessible by helping therapists join insurance networks and grow sustainable practices. We are seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep business and operations recruiting experience to lead full-cycle hiring across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, and commercial leadership roles, partnering with senior leaders to scale teams and improve recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex business and operations roles across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies using market mapping, networks, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
  • Create role-specific interview processes and evaluation rubrics with hiring leaders
  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to define requirements, craft role narratives, and set realistic hiring timelines
  • Advise on compensation benchmarks, talent trends, and competitive landscape
  • Drive workforce planning and provide data-driven hiring insights (pipeline health, time-to-hire, market availability)
  • Standardize recruiting processes, leverage ATS and assessment tools, and build reporting dashboards
  • Champion DEI in hiring and build diverse talent pipelines
  • Represent Alma at events, nurture industry networks, and develop talent relationships with programs and fellowships
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiting team members

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
  • Relevant professional recruiting certifications are a plus
