Senior Clinical Recruiter

Abby Care is a mission-driven startup building a tech-enabled family care platform that trains and employs family caregivers. They are seeking a high-performing Senior Clinical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for critical clinical roles (RNs, LPNs, Case Managers, Clinical Instructors) nationwide, partnering closely with clinical leaders and the credentialing team to scale headcount quickly and with quality.

Skills

  • 3+ years full-cycle healthcare/clinical recruiting experience across the U.S.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse (or similar ATS)
  • Proven sourcing skills including Boolean search and creative outreach
  • Data-driven recruiting mindset with experience using metrics to improve time-to-hire
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end clinical hiring for RNs, LPNs, Case Managers, Clinical Instructors, and other licensed professionals nationwide
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, cold outreach, referrals, and creative channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track progress in Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to improve time-to-hire and quality
  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leadership to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Deliver an excellent, mission-forward candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Use recruiting metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
  • Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance standards

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant HR, recruiting, or healthcare training is a plus

  • Estimated base salary $105,000–$125,000 + annual bonus
  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage (company covers ~90% of employee premiums and ~70% for dependents)
