The Challenge:

The Role:

We are seeking a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help cultivate leads, book qualified discovery calls, and inject energy into our growing sales pipeline. You will play a key role in shaping the trajectory of our platform and influencing product direction. This position involves a mix of outbound outreach, inbound enquiry handling, and strategic collaboration across teams.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and targeting prospects across diverse industries

  • Executing high quality outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings with Account Executives

  • Managing CRM records and tracking pipeline activity

  • Supporting marketing-led campaigns with lead follow-up

  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach

  • Continuously iterating on outreach strategy based on feedback and results

Your skills & Experience:

Must-haves to be successful in this role

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence for cold outreach, objection handling, and qualification

  • Strong research and organisation—able to identify target accounts and insights

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

  • A hunger to learn, adapt, and progress within a sales organisation (e.g. into Account Executive roles)

Nobody can do everything but here’s a few related things we’re interested in:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach automation tools

  • Understanding of the sales funnel or prior internship in a sales/commercial role

  • A knack for storytelling—crafting compelling outreach messages that resonate

  • Confidence in handling objections or navigating gatekeepers

  • Interest in AI, data intelligence, or startup environments
