SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales leader to join Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales. As the Regional Director of Majors & Strategics, you will manage a team of sales wizards in a defined geographical territory. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth.

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
