Job Profile Summary
The P&T People Center Compliance Analyst serves as a dedicated compliance resource within the People & Talent People Center team, ensuring that all HR processes align with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role is responsible for owning and executing critical compliance-related activities, including unemployment claims, internal audits, document management, labor law poster adherence, employee immigration processes, and I-9/E-Verify administration. By proactively monitoring compliance obligations and standardizing processes, the P&T People Center Compliance Analyst helps safeguard WGU against risk, supports consistent application of policies, and enables a seamless employee experience. As compliance needs evolve, this role will adapt to address emerging requirements, provide subject matter expertise, and partner across People & Talent functions to strengthen the P&T People Center’s overall compliance framework.
