As a SMB Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for helping our clients be successful in achieving the expected outcomes from their Wealth.com solution. The Success team is the primary point of contact throughout the member lifecycle in a B2B2C customer model. To achieve business goals, the team must focus both on building strong relationships with our business members and on driving high adoption, engagement, expansion and retention.
