Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance for Mid-Market Account Executives
- Strategically source passive and active Mid-Market AE candidates
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to generate referrals and align on hiring needs
- Present Verkada and the Sales organization compellingly to candidates
- Manage candidate communications and track activity in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Coordinate interview scheduling with the recruiting coordinator
- Plan and execute sales recruiting events and travel to recruiting venues
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted internal business partner
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant coursework or certifications in HR/talent acquisition a plus
