Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Three Lakes, FL

SpotOn is a technology company that provides POS, payments, and restaurant management solutions to help local restaurants and small businesses grow. The Hospitality Specialist (Territory Sales Representative) will represent SpotOn in the Three Lakes area, prospect and build relationships with local merchants, manage the full sales cycle, and drive adoption of SpotOn’s software and payment products.

Skills

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience focused on small businesses or merchants
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities
  • Territory build-out and local networking experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Comfort learning and applying technology solutions to business needs
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Self-motivated and metrics-oriented with accountability for results

Responsibilities

  • Act as SpotOn’s local representative to offer POS, payments, and software solutions to restaurants and small businesses
  • Travel within an assigned territory to prospect, build relationships, demo solutions, and sign new merchants
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and onboarding
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on software, POS systems, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and internal teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients while ensuring satisfaction and retention

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
