Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with HR, accounting, IT, and other third‑party ops vendors to ensure timely onboarding, benefits administration, invoice processing, and vendor deliverables
- Coordinate executive calendars, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items including board meeting logistics
- Serve as primary building/office contact in San Francisco, maintain office condition, coordinate janitorial services, supplies, deliveries and facilities fixes
- Approve and review expense reports, assist with budgets, process financial documentation with discretion and accuracy
- Act as a diplomatic point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners
- Support recruiting logistics and onboarding processes in partnership with HR vendor
- Plan and support company events, all‑hands, and offsites; act as cultural ambassador for the company
