Responsibilities
- Participate in emergency response planning and execution
- Perform industrial hygiene studies and compare exposures to health thresholds
- Calibrate, service, and maintain EHS instrumentation
- Conduct safety inspections and remediate deficiencies to mitigate risk
- Test and validate active and passive machine guarding systems
- Develop lockout/tagout procedures for complex work cells and machinery
- Design and deploy high-resolution EHS signage across facilities
- Qualify PPE requirements through hazard analysis and consensus standards
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and supply inventories
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR high school diploma/equivalency with 4+ years of EHS experience
- Relevant EHS certifications (HAZWOPER, BCSP) preferred
