About The Role
EliseAI is looking for a Head of Healthcare Operations. We’re early in our healthcare journey—but the momentum is real. After establishing ourselves as a leader in AI-powered solutions in housing, we’re now rapidly expanding in healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new vertical at a high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
Lead the healthcare AI product development lifecycle;
Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on internal resources and market feedback; and
Manage product resources to ensure that internal development efforts remained aligned to roadmap and work to meet critical deadlines.
Operations Leadership
Oversee operations of healthcare team including resource management and performance tracking;
Manage build out and scaling of post-sale operations including onboarding, implementation, and customer support;
Manage and ensure robust quality assurance processes to ensure reliability and accuracy of company’s platform.
Partnership Management
Source and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and technology vendors to drive growth; and
Manage partnership agreements to ensure alignment with company goals.
Customer Management
Manage executive relationships with healthcare customers to ensure continued support through pre-launch, pilot, and full launch;
Understand healthcare customer expectations on solution capabilities and timing. Work with customers to ensure reasonable expectations regarding internal capabilities; and
Ensure continued customer support through the above phases and prevent customer churn.
Sales Management
Manage healthcare sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management;
Understand healthcare prospect landscape and ensure sales resources are properly deployed to achieve company goals; and
Develop and deploy appropriate compensation plans, sales strategic plans, and coaching materials.
Engineering Management
Manage healthcare Engineering teams to ensure timely completion of engineering projects;
Ensure alignment of engineering resources to product goals; and
Work with engineers on critical issues to ensure roadblocks are eliminated and issues are resolved promptly.
Executive Management
Communicate healthcare progress and strategy to members of company leadership, Board members, and shareholders;
Receive feedback from said stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly; and
Ensure alignment around and support for overall healthcare strategy from key stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience and skills. Experience must include:
5 years of experience using each of the following for data visualization - (i) SQL, (ii) Python, and either (iii) PowerBI or Tableau
5 years of experience building and maintaining detailed financial models
3 years of experience working directly with healthcare technology companies as customers or partners
3 years of experience serving as the primary point of contact with C-level healthcare executives relating to growth strategy, ROI, and financials; and
1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, operations specialists, and sales associates, to develop and deploy new software products in the healthcare field.
Job Location: Company's HQ located in New York, NY. This is a Hybrid role, with in-office attendance required 4 days/week.
Travel Requirement: 10% domestic travel required
Supervisory Duties: Will supervise employees in the positions of Operations Research Analysts, Software Developers, and Sales Managers.

Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $261,248- $300,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
