Director of IDN Business Development

PrescriberPoint is a Series A healthtech company backed by Lilly, Pfizer, Adobe, and MasterCard focused on removing friction from the prescribing journey for providers and patients. We are hiring a Director of IDN Business Development to own go-to-market strategy, build executive relationships across health delivery organizations, and lead the outbound Customer Development (CDR) team to drive scalable revenue growth.

Skills

  • Proven track record selling to IDNs, hospitals, and large provider organizations.
  • Experience managing and scaling outbound SDR/CDR teams.
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management.
  • Deep understanding of prescription workflows, EHRs, pharmacies, and prior authorization processes.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presence.
  • Ability to design compensation plans and performance-driven sales programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute business development strategy targeting health systems, IDNs, and therapeutic areas.
  • Own full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing with senior health system executives.
  • Build, coach, and scale the Customer Development Representative (CDR) outbound team.
  • Set and iterate sales targets, compensation plans, and onboarding/enablement processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and product roadmap.
  • Track pipeline metrics, forecast performance, and report to executive leadership.
  • Represent PrescriberPoint at industry events and cultivate high-level partnerships.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
