Responsibilities: Achieve sales quotas, manage the sales pipeline, develop marketing strategies, maintain stakeholder relationships, coach the sales team, and collaborate with internal teams to secure sales.
Skills: Proven sales management experience, proficiency in Salesforce, ability to coach and lead teams, educational sales experience, and strong presentation skills required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 7-10 years of sales experience, and 3-5 years of management experience.
Location: Remote role targeting the Southwest Region, with some travel required (60-70%).
Compensation: $120000 - $125000 / Annually
