This role is designed for a seasoned technical leader with a passion for guiding both customers and internal teams. As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of solutions engineers, ensuring prospects and clients receive top-tier technical guidance and value. You will drive pre-sales initiatives, including technical discovery, custom demonstrations, workshops, and pilots, while also supporting adoption, growth, and measurable business impact. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams, while coaching and developing a high-performing technical team. You will act as the key technical advisor within your region, shaping strategy, solving complex problems, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from advanced AI-powered solutions.
