Senior Executive Business Partner

Twilio is a global cloud communications company with a remote-first culture that empowers developers and businesses to build customer engagement solutions. The Senior Executive Business Partner will provide high-level operational and administrative support to an R&D leader, managing complex calendars, travel, events, and cross-functional coordination to drive strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and make decisions on scheduling and delegation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, expense reporting, visas, and itineraries.
  • Plan and facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid leadership summits, team-building events, and executive meetings.
  • Act as central point of contact for executive direct reports and build strong cross-functional relationships to advance priorities.
  • Draft and coordinate communications, prepare presentations, take meeting minutes and action items, and follow up to ensure execution.
  • Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners to align on company strategy and mentor other administrative team members.
  • Research, prepare materials, and support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.

Education

  • No formal degree required; equivalent professional experience accepted
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
