Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone and email through the help desk queue
- Log, document, and manage IT tickets with accurate details for escalation and resolution
- Create, modify, and disable Active Directory accounts and manage permissions
- Assign and re-assign tickets to appropriate teams and follow up on escalations
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, LAN/WAN, endpoint security, browsers, and mobile devices
- Maintain CJIS eligibility and comply with background screening requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Role-specific certification required (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, HDI, or ITIL Foundations)
