StrongMind is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to oversee HR strategy and initiatives, promote a values-driven culture, and support a high-performance environment in alignment with the company’s vision. This pivotal role will provide strategic leadership, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure compliance across various HR functions.
Responsibilities: Lead strategic HR initiatives, foster organizational culture, oversee talent acquisition and rewards systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws while optimizing HR technology solutions.
Skills: Expertise in HR leadership, familiarity with multi-entity structures, experience with AI-driven HR tools, and a strong understanding of labor laws, especially in Arizona.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's/MBA preferred, 10+ years of progressive HR management experience, particularly in mission-driven or technology sectors.
Location: This position is based in Chandler, Arizona, United States, with hybrid work options available.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.
