About the Role

As the Payroll Analyst, you will perform all activities necessary to process bi-weekly payrolls, maintaining related records, documenting and updating procedures and preparing special reports for various business partners. You will have the chance to serve as a key contributor to a high growth environment and strengthen your understanding of both operational and technical payroll processes.

• Develop, implement and maintain key policies and procedures for your area of responsibilities.
• Support the People & Culture Business Partners and Warehouse Managers in enhancing the Company’s existing payroll procedures and internal controls and seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various organizations within the Company to support the payroll process and to drive efficiencies and accuracy.
• Manage quarterly RSU equity processing
• Perform benefit auditing and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct 401K auditing and reconcile contribution data
• Lead on-cycle payroll auditing and error resolution
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support automation projects within payroll operations
• Perform tax auditing and reporting using ADP Smart Compliance
• Oversee W-2 preparation and year-end reconciliation
  
  

We’re excited about you because...

• You have 8+ years of work experience.
• Payroll Certification Preferred but not required
• Experienced in processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
• Working knowledge of ADP, ADP Vantage, ADP Smart Compliance and Workday HRMS
• You have excellent technical payroll skills with detailed understanding of current federal and state compliance.
• You are highly skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports.
• You possess a strong analytical mind and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• You are excited about building and refining processes and controls and possess a good understanding of SOX requirements.
• You are a team player and can work independently.
• You are a Self Starter, self-motivated, deadline driven and result oriented, a problem solver with can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills and strong desire to drive changes
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization
• Above all else, you are bright, kind and goal-oriented.
