The Role
Synapticure is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing and Credentialing Specialist to support our growing network of clinical providers. In this full-time, remote position, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of payor enrollment, state licensure, and credentialing. Your work will ensure that our clinicians are licensed and enrolled across states and payors in a timely and compliant manner—allowing them to deliver care to patients without delay.
This role will serve as a key point of contact between providers, payors, and state licensing boards, and is critical to our ability to scale and deliver uninterrupted care nationwide. You’ll work closely with HR, compliance, and clinical operations to support onboarding and ongoing credentialing, keeping our provider network in good standing and fully operational.
