Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: identify, engage, evaluate, and close candidates
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and market outreach
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience and build trust-based relationships
- Use data and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and improve processes
- Promote Octave’s employer brand in the marketplace
- Continuously evaluate recruitment programs and recommend improvements
Education
- No strict degree requirement; relevant recruiting or HR experience required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field preferred
