Responsibilities
- Manage planning and optimization of office and lab space including expansions and layout modifications.
- Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, and maintenance to ensure functional facilities.
- Represent the brand by ensuring a productive and positive employee workplace environment.
- Partner with executive office, finance, security, and HR teams for aligned business partnerships.
- Coordinate with building management and security ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage contracts and liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate logistics for company meetings and events including room setup and catering.
- Assist in managing workplace operations budget and ensure cost-effective office services.
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, emergency protocols, and safety training.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
