JOB PURPOSE
The position will lead and develop the team(s) to meet various obligations required for power generation at a Pattern Energy operating site.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the Facility Manager in all aspects of the Pattern operating site. Foster a positive work environment by maintaining discipline, morale, and employee relations. Lead the use of maintenance documentation, reporting tools, and performance systems essential for reporting and improving performance. Provide hands-on technical support and supervision for generation equipment, power delivery systems, and overall BOP maintenance and repairs, as well as other facility civil work, building maintenance, and upkeep. Enable team members to work safely and to stop work when necessary. Support the development of a safety-first workplace culture by promoting safe work habits, hazard recognition, risk assessment, peer feedback, and proper use of human performance tools. Manage site-specific and corporate procedures, policies, training programs, safety initiatives, and work practices, along with necessary updates. Balance and support facility public relations and community engagement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and related permits, meeting obligations through the CMMS.

Lead the use of maintenance documentation, reporting tools and performance systems necessary for reporting and performance improvement.
Provide hands-on technical support and supervision for generation equipment, power delivery systems and overall BOP maintenance and repairs, as well as with other facility civil work, building maintenance and upkeep.
Enable teammates’ ability and awareness to work safely and stop work as required. Support driving the injury-free workplace culture by facilitating safe work habits, hazard recognition, risk assessment, peer to peer feedback, andproper use of human performance tools.Manage site specific and corporate procedures, policies, training programs, safety programs and work practices and related updates as required.
Balance and support facility public relations and community interactions.
Maintain regulatory compliance with all Federal, state and local regulations and associated permits. Ensure obligations are met using the CMMS.

· College diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
The expected starting pay range for this role is $89,000 - $112,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
