Product Supply Supervisor

Description

The **GRAVEYARD** Product Supply Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing all job functions within the Product Supply Department.  They are responsible for meeting the established safety, quality, costs, efficiencies, utilizations, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and retention targets. The Product Supply Supervisor understands in detail all functions of the jobs within the department. They are responsible for coaching and mentoring team leaders and other members of the department. The Product Supply Supervisor has overall responsibility for training and developing growth opportunities for their team while ensuring a safe and secure work environment that operates in compliance with SOP’s and existing regulations. The Product Supply Supervisor develops team objectives that support current operating objectives and ensures that product and process improvement opportunities are realized. They are responsible for interfacing effectively with customers and suppliers internally and externally. This position reports to the Department Manager.

  • Strong inventory control background
  • Experience with RF scanners
  • Conduct routine GMP and Safety audits
  • Promote teamwork and the WCM process
  • Administer all CNP policies.
  • Meet or Exceed all Department and CNP Metrics 

Education and/or Experience: 

  • 7+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing and warehousing environment
  • 4-year degree desired

Physical Activity:

  • Regularly reach with hands/arms, stand, walk, and move about.
  • Occasionally climb, squat, bend, kneel, lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs.

 

Additional Compensation – Annual Cash Bonus: You will be eligible to participate in the Gehl Foods Employee Bonus Program. For this fiscal year, your annual maximum bonus potential is up to 12% of your annualized base salary. All bonus payments are prorated based on your hire date. Under this Program, bonus payouts are dependent upon the financial performance of the company.


Working Conditions: Frequently exposed to wet and varying temperature conditions between 60-130 degrees Fahrenheit, loud noise, vibration, moving machinery/electrical parts, risk of electrical shock, airborne particles, high/precarious places, toxic/caustic chemicals, allergens including soy, milk and milk by-products and fumes from food processing equipment.
