As Facilities Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team across 4 locations, collaborate with diverse service partners, and create exceptional experiences for our prestigious JLL client. Check out some of your day as an FM
- Build strong client relationships and exceed service expectations, ensuring all contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators are met or surpassed.
- Manage multiple sites according to agreed policies and procedures while identifying operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and work requests through to completion while supporting site moves, additions, and changes as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies across all locations.
- Manage vendor performance and contracts, documenting any service issues and coordinating with internal teams like A/V, IT, security, and project management.
- Control operational expenses within agreed budgets while preparing financial reports, managing accruals, and forecasting for all sites.
- Process vendor payments using company systems while adhering to financial authority limits and compliance requirements.
- Lead small-scale construction projects and help develop annual capital plans in partnership with client representatives.
- Manage, develop, and supervise a professional team, providing excellent onboarding, training, and team-building activities.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, cooperation, and service excellence while embodying JLL's core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence.
Who we are looking for
Required
- 5+ years of facilities management or operations experience. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and services.
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.
- Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.
- Willing to travel between sites regularly
- Computer proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other professional certification
Pay $108,000+ depending on experience, with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift, with on-call required 24/7 for emergency responses.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
