Account Executive-Mid-Atlantic

SpecterOps is hiring an Account Executive to grow BloodHound Enterprise across the Mid-Atlantic (NC, SC, VA, DC) territory. The role focuses on hunting and closing enterprise opportunities, leading technical solution sales conversations, building account plans, and partnering with channel allies to achieve ACV quotas.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise and major account sales experience with consistent quota attainment (7+ years)
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to executive (C-suite) stakeholders
  • Technical, consultative selling and ability to discuss product capabilities in depth
  • Pipeline management and sales forecasting experience (CRM proficiency)
  • Strong verbal and written communication plus presentation skills
  • Partner/channel engagement and co-selling experience
  • Ability to travel periodically and work remotely effectively

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, qualify, and manage full sales cycle to close opportunities and generate new business for BloodHound Enterprise in the assigned territory
  • Lead technical, solution-oriented conversations to demonstrate differentiated product capabilities
  • Develop detailed account development plans and identify new business opportunities
  • Document customer business objectives and desired outcomes to align solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly ACV sales quotas and quota attainment targets
  • Track and report opportunities, pipeline, and bookings for accurate forecasting
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners; support field events, co-selling, and partner training
  • Travel as required (up to ~25%) for customer meetings and company events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred — equivalent experience accepted
  • Relevant security or technical training/certifications a plus
