Responsibilities
- Own product from design through launch, defining roadmap and ensuring manufacturability at rate
- Act as technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to meet production targets
- Translate product strategy into business requirements and technical deliverables during NPI
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, UX, engineering) through new product introduction
- Establish and optimize production lines, including insourcing initiatives
- Support failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions during early production
- Analyze market data and beta testing to identify product improvements
- Prepare updates and deliverables for senior management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or physics (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
