Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions
- Design and implement office policies, standards, and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including AV, setup, and catering
- Prepare meeting materials and manage presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Manage high-priority projects such as onboarding, space planning, and facility improvements
- Coordinate with facilities, food services, and vendors for ongoing maintenance and improvements
- Handle supply orders, purchase orders, shipping, and budget tracking
- Process daily mail, packages, and outbound shipments
- Plan and execute social events, team-building, and cultural activities
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting; run errands as needed
- Perform other administrative duties and errands to support site readiness
