Your Opportunity as Regional Sales Manager-Central Region (Sweet Baked Snacks)
In this role you will be the Sales Account Manager for strategic Central Region Grocery Accounts. You will be responsible for working with our broker partner to manage sales goal delivery, customer Joint Business Plans and all aspects of the sales process associated with assigned accounts. Key measurable will be delivering top line sales, balancing a trade spending budget, achieving market share goals, and achieving net profit targets.
Location: Candidates must reside within the following area for consideration: Central US Region (within 1 hour of major airport). Candidates within 1 hour of Orrville, OH will also be considered.
Work Arrangements: Working from home office up to 50% expected travel
In this role you will be a sales manager for a strategic business unit with goal to drive profitable sales growth and brand share for both Smucker & our customers.
