Responsibilities
- Own recruiting strategy and process for assigned business areas, including workforce forecasting with Finance and Program Management
- Develop short- and long-term hiring plans to support federal programs, operational scaling, and revenue-driven headcount growth
- Partner with leaders to assess contract requirements, staffing timelines, surge staffing, and phased hiring models
- Ensure recruiting practices meet federal program standards, contract labor categories, and customer staffing requirements
- Build and maintain relationships within cleared communities, government-adjacent networks, and defense-industry talent pools
- Design proactive sourcing strategies using research, market mapping, referrals, and long-term engagement
- Establish always-on talent pipelines for cleared and technical candidates ahead of contract wins
- Integrate employer brand into recruitment and act as a brand ambassador
- Create and optimize the recruiting playbook for speed, consistency, and high hiring standards
- Use data to inform decisions, track hiring goals, and surface risks or bottlenecks
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant HR/TA certifications a plus
