Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle, achieve revenue goals, develop relationships with district leaders, expand product adoption, and represent RethinkEd at regional events.
Skills: Proven sales success in K-12 education, strong communication and relationship-building skills, adept in CRM systems, data-driven sales management, and knowledge of SaaS solutions.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in sales/account management, understanding of K-12 purchasing processes, Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Location: Remote position for candidates residing in AL, FL, GA, LA, NC, TN, with some travel required within the states.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.

The Role
RethinkEd is seeking a Field Account Executive to drive growth across mid-size and large school districts in the Southeastern US. This is a field-based sales role for an experienced, consultative seller who thrives in relationship-driven environments, understands the complexity of K–12 decision-making, and enjoys being visible in the market. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through closing — while building trusted relationships with district leaders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong knowledge of the K-12 market, proven sales success, and a passion for supporting educators and students.
