Responsibilities
- Provide timely, high-quality support to customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings
- Troubleshoot user issues, data discrepancies, and technical challenges with accuracy and empathy
- Partner with implementation to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support
- Collaborate with product and engineering to identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
- Develop deep product and data knowledge to confidently assist users
- Proactively identify recurring issues and share improvement opportunities with internal teams
- Contribute to help center content and documentation to support customer self-service
- Manage multiple support cases and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
