Customer Support Specialist - ApartmentIQ

Rentable is a profitable, growth-stage martech and data SaaS company focused on transforming the rentals industry with category-leading AI and data products. We’re looking for a customer-focused, tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join the Apartment IQ Support Team and help customers get the most value from the platform through troubleshooting, education, and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy
  • Experience using Salesforce and ticketing/helpdesk tools
  • Organized with strong case and time management skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with data tools or analytics platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, high-quality support to customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings
  • Troubleshoot user issues, data discrepancies, and technical challenges with accuracy and empathy
  • Partner with implementation to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce
  • Develop deep product and data knowledge to confidently assist users
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and share improvement opportunities with internal teams
  • Contribute to help center content and documentation to support customer self-service
  • Manage multiple support cases and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
