Customer Support Specialist - Daylight

Rentable is a profitable, growth-stage PropTech company building AI-driven martech and data SaaS products for the rentals industry. We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Daylight revenue management product to provide technical troubleshooting, maintain system health, and deliver timely, clear support that boosts customer confidence and retention.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for clear customer-facing interactions
  • Experience managing multiple tickets or projects and prioritizing work
  • Familiarity with property management or revenue management software (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, ResMan) a plus
  • Comfort using ticketing systems and collaborating across product/engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to the Daylight revenue management product and data feeds.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system, data, and performance issues; escalate to engineering or product teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Advisors, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation teams to ensure accurate configurations and smooth handoffs.
  • Monitor integrations, data accuracy, and system performance to proactively identify and address recurring issues.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and customer-facing knowledge articles to support scalable issue resolution.
  • Track support trends and customer feedback to identify process and product improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with technical setup and validation of new customer accounts during onboarding.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
