Production Coordinator II Second Shift
Skills
- 2+ years experience as Production Coordinator, Expeditor, or similar
- 2+ years working with ERP, MES, and/or WMS software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Clear written and verbal communication across email, Slack, and other platforms
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and perform light warehouse tasks
- Flexible schedule with availability for non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure components and assemblies flow through production on schedule
- Monitor and communicate the location and status of hardware, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor
- Perform ERP/MES/WMS transactions to accurately transact parts and kits
- Self-prioritize and execute tasks autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Proactively seek information to understand work orders, kit requests, and internal customer needs
- Coordinate with Production and Material Planning to identify and escalate part shortages
- Work required 2nd shift hours (3:00pm–1:30am), including guaranteed overtime and shift premium
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
