Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an adaptable master production schedule to meet changing demand
- Use ERP/MES systems to optimize production workflow and allocate resources
- Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate last-minute order or capacity changes
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production
- Analyze production metrics and produce reports on efficiency and effectiveness
- Train staff on ERP system features and scheduling best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (preferred) such as APICS/CPIM are a plus
