    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS

    1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm with Over time as needed

    Pay - $28.00

    Key Responsibilities

    • Use dispatch software and communication tools to coordinate vehicle and service operations
    • Assign and schedule calls or routes based on urgency, availability, and efficiency
    • Monitor vehicle and crew locations and performance in real time
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, field staff, supervisors, and customers
    • Handle emergency and non-emergency dispatch calls, ensuring accurate information relay
    • Respond to route delays, equipment breakdowns, or incidents with quick adjustments and updates
    • Maintain detailed logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and performance tracking
    • Provide guidance and support to field service teams and drivers
    • Address customer inquiries and provide service updates with professionalism and care

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
    • Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation strongly preferred
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of local service areas and geography is an asset
    • Flexibility to work onsite, including weekends or holidays, as required
