The Opportunity

  • Reporting to the Manager, People Team, your primary responsibility is to provide local People function contact service to business team members, playing an important role in the execution of local People priorities and deliverables within the defined People strategy. You will use local business knowledge gained from working deep within the business, to provide feedback and insights to People Team Manager, People Leads, and Center of Excellence (COEs) in the development of solutions.
    • The position is onsite at our Piney Flats, TN location.

Your Impact

  • 3+ years' experience using HR principles to inform and engage work communities
  • 3+ years' experience supporting HR investigations
  • 3+ years' experience coaching management on team engagement and performance.
  • 3+ years' experience of HR change management
  • 1+ years' experience using HR data to inform deliverables
  • Experience providing HR support to a mid sized team (250+ team members)
  • Experience using HR knowledge to coach and consult in a Warehouse/Fulfillment center or relevant environment (i.e. Manufacturing)
  • Experience managing conflicting and concurrent tasks
  • Experience guiding alignment from company partners who are affected by HR activities
  • Experience engaging with leaders and company partners across business groups and QVC Group locations to obtain thoughtful understanding of QVCG's business processes, applications, policies and other practices as they relate to HR.
  • Experience providing verbal and written information for data privacy policies internally and externally with the goal of informing, educating, and advocating for good HR practices

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
