Reporting to the Senior VP, Vice President, Growth (sales) is responsible for managing a field sales team to achieve targets for the overall recruitment of providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG). The Regional Vice President of Growth has demonstrated experience closing complex business deals as an individual contributor and with managing a team to consistently meet and exceed goals.
Primary Job Duties:
The salary range for this role is $145,000.00-$150,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan with an additional target of $145,000.00-$150,000.00 and above & restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
