Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare

Ping Identity is a leading provider of cloud identity and access management solutions focused on secure, seamless digital experiences. The company seeks a Strategic Account Executive for Healthcare to drive net-new logo acquisition and upsell in an assigned territory, leveraging partner networks and internal resources to close complex enterprise deals.

Skills

  • Quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven ability to close long, complex sales cycles
  • C-level relationship development and executive selling
  • Value selling and account planning methodologies
  • Experience working with partners and system integrators
  • Strong forecasting and CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry drivers and procurement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned to regional strategy to hit quota
  • Position and articulate Ping Identity's value proposition to healthcare customers
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise contracts with partner support
  • Report sales activity and forecasts to senior management
  • Prepare subscription pricing, customer offers, and RFP responses including services and training options
  • Provide customer feedback to marketing, customer success, product, and engineering
  • Collaborate with internal and partner resources to advance opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant sales certifications or training (value selling/account planning) a plus
