They're looking for GTM and Technical (or folks who can do both!) Recruiters who are bar raisers that live and breathe talent who has experience working with early stage and high growth startups. You'll primarily be focused on sourcing top 1% talent to join their team, driving a culture of excellence, and supporting the company with everything else hiring-related as they rapidly scale.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions
Talent Strategy: Work with the founders and hiring managers to set our talent bar, hiring goals, draft the best job descriptions, candidate experience, and employer branding
Strategic Pipelines: set up multiple channels from scratch, outbound sourcing, inbound applications, referrals, recruitment marketing, events etc.
Talent Operations: Own candidate coordination, recruiting tools, and continuously improve our hiring processes and structures
People Ops: Have the option to own HR/People Ops in the interim on an as-needed basis
Extensive Recruiting Experience — 6+ years hiring for GTM and/or technical roles at high-growth, talent-dense companies, including 2+ years leading recruiters/sourcers and driving headcount growth as a primary KPI.
Early-Stage Expertise — Proven success recruiting for Seed–Series B startups, either in-house or through an agency environment.
Full-Cycle Excellence — Track record of building candidate pipelines from scratch, owning the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing exceptional talent.
High Talent Bar — Skilled at identifying and securing not just good talent, but truly exceptional hires who elevate company performance.
Strategic Partnership — Ability to collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to shape search strategies, influence interview processes, and drive the best hiring outcomes.
Data-Driven & Methodical — Strong sourcing capabilities, analytical decision-making, and a disciplined, process-oriented work style.
Hands-On Sourcing Passion — Excited to focus on top-of-funnel outreach and creative talent acquisition strategies.
Their openings span more than one career level. The starting salary range for this role is $120,000 - $230,000 USD, plus equity. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
