5+ years of experience in financial services with deep working knowledge of payment optimization, authorization optimization, cost optimization, authentication, and routing
Experience leading and developing global teams of product managers to identify, experiment, solution, launch, monetize, and drive adoption of products that solve merchant problems
Experience serving as a product SME in strategic pre- and post-sales customer engagements
Experience identifying and executing opportunities to drive improved revenue and operating margin across product offerings
Experience ensuring merchants' problems are solved comprehensively with end-to-end solutions from integration and onboarding to merchant insights that demonstrate value
Experience establishing strong networks of internal partnerships across cross-functional groups including Data Science, Architecture, Customer Support, Integrations, Pricing Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance
Strong industry perspective focused on machine learning/artificial intelligence to help shape and evolve payment optimization products
Data-driven approach with enthusiasm for agile and AI product management to deliver breakthrough customer experiences and drive efficiency
