Maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time. Identifies business and customer needs, prioritizing program level work and guiding this work through the process of Program Kanban. Contributes to the development of the vision and defining and executing on the roadmap for the value stream in which they support with the guidance of a more senior PM or Business Leader.
